This policy is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the UK Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR and the Belize Data Protection Act 2021.

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us through a form on this website. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

To keep spam out of these forms we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks technical information about your browser and connection (such as your IP address) when you submit a form.

We process form submissions because it is necessary to take steps you have asked for before entering into a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and in our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). Spam prevention is also based on our legitimate interest in keeping our forms secure.

Please do not include special category data (for example health information) in your messages.

Form submissions are deleted 30 days after we receive them. If your enquiry leads to a contract, the information you give us as a customer is then handled under that agreement.

Our web servers do not keep access logs of your visits.

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. We use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:

• Amazon Web Services: hosts this website and delivers form submissions to us by email.
• Cloudflare: provides the Turnstile spam check on our forms.

If you choose to load the embedded Power BI demo dashboard, Microsoft serves that content and may set its own cookies; see Microsoft's privacy statement. Links to other websites, such as Odoo, LinkedIn or Facebook, are covered by those sites' own policies.

We are based in Belize, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data from the UK or EU is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in our providers' data processing terms.

This website does not set cookies of its own. It stores a small note in your browser's local storage when you dismiss a banner, so it is not shown again; this is strictly necessary for that feature and contains no personal data. Cloudflare Turnstile may use strictly necessary technical storage to perform its security check.

You have the right to request access to your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to our processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@techforge.bz. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority where you live. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
